This amazing real hero comes from a small state of present day India, called Assam. Now famous for tea only.
When they ware making a barrier to stop invading mughal forces in the year 1671. Lachit's uncle was in charge of the work. But he got tired and fall asleep and ignored his duty. Lachit came and saw him like this and beheaded him saying the famous line "Uncle is not bigger than the country(Grater Assam)".
The biggest river battle ,Battle of Saraighat ,that happened in the year 1671 was lost by mughal, who was considered the biggest kingdom in the world at that time.
